The rains have come to Mavuno. The entire place seems to
have come alive. Things are looking green again. The flowers are blooming. Everything has new color and life to it.
Due to the rains new trees are being planted all around the
property. The Sh’tungulus and Mbuguas
have planted corn and beans and their kids can be found every morning and
evening guarding the little plants from the birds.
We are thankful that God has blessed us with rain and all
that it brings. “Every good and perfect
gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who
does not change like shifting shadow.”—James 1:17
